The University of Caen Normandy welcomed its new international students last week! 🌍🙌

Every year at UNICAEN, back-to-school week is all about exchanging, sharing and multiculturalism. We make a point of welcoming new members of our student community from the all over the globe.

A busy programme awaited our students for this first week:

🥐 Welcome breakfast and delivery of the welcome pack

🎤 Institutional presentation in the Amphi Daure

💬 Meeting with our departments and partners at the Back-to-School Forum

🏛️ Campus visit followed by a Norman snack

💻 Guidance in discovering digital tools

🥂 City tour and welcome at Caen Town Hall

⚽ Back-to-school sports Olympiad

🤝 And various integration activities organised by ESN Caen (integration evening, visit to Mont-Saint-Michel, discovery of the Saint-Pierre market, etc.).

We would like to renew our warm welcome to our international students and wish them a pleasant stay in Normandy🍎.


We would also like to wish the UNICAEN students who have gone abroad on a mobility a great start to the new academic year. We hope they enjoy this new adventure of meeting new people, discovering and learning new things. ✨
